Choose this package and get our 4-piece 5/6-weight San Juan Fly rod with a Deschutes II, 5/6-weight, mid-arbor fly reel (titanium finish), a choice between a FREE 5 or 6-Weight line kit (including a spool of 20-pound line backing, 2 loop connectors and three leaders of your choice), a multi-compartment plastic fly box, 1 dozen assorted flies, and a line nipper/knot tool. All this and FREE shipping too! If purchased separately, this package would cost $293.80, a savings of $68.80 and FREE shipping is included. This sale price represents and additional savings of $20.00 - Where else can you find a machined aluminum fly reel, a 45-ton modulus carbon fly rod, and everything else you would need to go fly fishing for about $200? We consider this the "all you need is a stream" - complete fly fishing package.
You may upgrade this combo package by changing the fly reel and the fly box. The options are in the pull-down menus and the associated additional prices are indicated in the pull-down menu and will be displayed in your final price, when added to your cart. We no longer carry a Gold Finished Deschutes fly reel, so there is no color selection required. If you select a Rapidan down grade, the reel only comes in black, so you will not be provided a color choice. Additionally, if you choose a Fire Hole II reel, it only comes in titanium and the Snake II reel only comes in green. You also have a choice in your FREE fly selection. The San Juan Combo will be supplied with 12-14 size flies and your choices are all wet, all dry or a 50/50 mix of dry and wet. You must also select the length and weight of your 3 FREE leaders. They are defaulted to 7.5 Foot 1X if you do not change them. You will get 2 Loop Connectors (size determined by your fly line weight selection) and a 100-Yard spool of 20-pound backing. Please ensure all these options match your needs before placing into your cart. Take time to review your selections and if necessary, remove the combo from your cart and re-select your options accordingly.

Great Combo!
I bought two of these combos for my wife and I. They are really nice rods and reels and all the extra goodies are fabulous as well. For the price, I couldn't get two set-ups like this anywhere! Well, I guess I could but they'd be plastic reels and cheap rods. Get value for your buck with this set-up!
